If I Had 90 Minutes a Day to Train…

I’d break it down like this:

36 minutes riding my bike,
21 minutes running,
17 minutes swimming,
4 minutes stretching,
3 minutes lifting weights,
3 minutes relaxing with a cold beer,
2 minutes remembering what I did right,
1 minute remembering what I did wrong,
1 minute figuring out how to avoid the same mistakes,
1 minute realizing how lucky I am,
30 seconds planning my next workout,
30 seconds dreaming of winning Hawaii.
