RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Endurance Conspiracy online purchase, we will happily exchange the item for another or issue a store credit within 30 days of original purchase. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange. If the item was purchased from a supporting retail store, please return it to the original place of purchase.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, accompanied with the original receipt and have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) issued by one of our customer service representatives. Please e-mail Orders [at] EnduranceConspiracy.com to obtain an RA# before returning your item(s) to our Washington State address. Merchandise returned without an RA# will not be accepted. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for returns to be processed.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email Orders [at] EnduranceConspiracy.com with in 48 hours from the time you place your order. We will try to accommodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
